What will underpinning cost?
If conducted early enough, underpinning can generate major savings by halting and reversing damage to the structure. The initial cost to get the work done should, therefore, be seen as an investment in your property.
So, do you think you might have a problem – ACT NOW! Delays could extend the damage further.
Here are the steps the team from SA Underpinning will take you through:
Request a quote
The simplest way to start the process is to complete the quote request on this website. Alternatively, you can email us or, if the issue is really urgent, feel free to call us direct on 0418 928 032.
We’ll be in touch
Someone will be in touch with you, usually within 24 hours of your request being received. We’ll discuss the problems you’re experiencing and, as required, arrange an appropriate time to visit the site for a detailed inspection.
The Site Visit and Quote
The Site Inspection allows us to fully investigate the problems and to prepare a detailed quote. In addition to covering any underpinning you may require, we’ll also detail any other rectification work that needs doing. This could include internal patching and crack repairs, floor relevelling and removal of walls.
Your Acceptance
If you’re happy to proceed once you’ve been through the quote and discussed any questions you may have, we’ll ask you to formally accept the quote so we can arrange the necessary resources and coordinate a project start time with you.
The Project
Our highly skilled tradesmen will focus on delivering the best outcomes while minimising any disruption to occupants.
Completion and Annual Check
While we’ll keep you updated during the project, once completed the Project Manager will take you through the job so you can review all work done – we’re confident you’ll find the results either meet or exceed your expectations. To back this up we provide a 5 year guarantee on all workmanship together with an ongoing, annual inspection of your property to give you added peace of mind.
